Day 7: Transition to Wimberley

We finally made it at 10 PM tonight. The drive was easy enough: Jason, Caleb, and I spent the first 2/3 amusing ourselves with our bickering. Then, Caleb regaled me with tales of his adventures in the Newark airport and of his latest role-playing experiences.

We were supposed to arrive around 4, but the first time we left CC around 12:00, the now-familiar thumping of a blown ignition coil had us doing a U-turn at the Selena statue. We returned to Mimi and Pop's house. 5 hours later, we would pick up the car and try for Wimberley a second time.

We blew an ignition coil 6 months ago just outside of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. We expect this will happen again and again until all coils are blown and replaced.

We arrived at the Wimberley House where Mum, David, Tad, Constance, and Nathan were watching Indiana Jones, which was being projected on the wall of the house outside. Cool!

The Wimberley House looks awesome! Thanks, Pop and Connie!
